Intel has inked a ten-year quantum computing partnership with the Delft University of Technology and TNO, the Dutch Organisation for Applied Research. The chipmaker says it will invest $50 million towards quantum computing research.

Intel says its goal is to extend the university’s physics and quantum computing research efforts by contributing advanced manufacturing, electronics and architectural expertise.
