Qualcomm Acquires Summit Microelectronics

Qualcomm has acquired Summit Microelectronics, a developer and provider of programmable power integrated circuits based in Sunnyvale, CA. All employees of Summit Microelectronics have joined Qualcomm’s CDMA Technologies division.

The size of the deal was not shared.
