Pwnie Express, a company that provides wireless and wired devices threat detection, has raised $12.9 million in a Series B round, led by Ascent Venture Partners with investments from MassMutual Ventures and existing investors .406 Ventures, Fairhaven Capital and the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET). Matt Fates of Ascent will join Pwnie Express’s board.
