Progress Software has named Henry Hicks as Industry Vice President, Supply Chain.

Mr. Hicks was the former vice president of Worldwide Services Sales and Marketing for Lenovo Computers and was responsible for long-term growth strategies and overall sales performance of the division. Prior to Lenovo, he was a vice president at Capgemini Consulting.
