Prada, LG Launch Android Cellphone

LG Electronics and Prada have launched the Prada phone by LG 3.0. The phone runs on Android Gingerbread OS with an update to Android Ice Cream Sandwich scheduled for the second quarter of 2012. The handset features a glossy touchscreen on the front and Prada’s signature Saffiano leather on the back. The icons on the main menu have also been designed by Prada.

Users will also have access to a line of Prada-branded accessories that can accompany the device.
