Perspecta wins $564 million DoD IT task order

U.S. government services provider Perspecta has been awarded a contract from the General Services Administration on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) to continue providing maintenance and integration services of mission-critical hardware and software used around the world. The contract is a five-year task order with a maximum ceiling value of $564 million if all options are exercised.

On the task order, Perspecta will provide commercial off-the-shelf hardware, software, maintenance and integration services.

Additionally, the company will continue to sustain a set of systems, including the Real-time Automated Identification System (RAPIDS), Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS), the Noncombatant Tracking/Emergency Tracking Accountability System (NTS/ETAS), and the Joint Asset Movement Management System (JAMMS).
