PenFed expands relationship with Salesforce

Salesforce and the Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed), the nation’s second largest federal credit union, has inked an expanded relationship. As per the new expanded relationship, PenFed will be leveraging the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, among other solutions.

In a statement, Salesforce said PenFed has incorporated a range of Salesforce solutions to reach members in communities across the country. The organization is leveraging the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to launch financial management tools, including PenFed Member360. Additionally, PenFed is deploying Salesforce technologies with a loan deferment portal, and for customer service.
