PCM acquires Epoch Universal

Technology solutions provider PCM has acquired certain assets of Southern California-based IT solutions provider Epoch Universal. Terms of the transaction were not shared.

As part of the acquisition, Epoch Universal’s president and CEO, Paul Harrold, is joining PCM as its vice president of Collaboration. He will be reporting to Herb Hogue, senior vice president of Hybrid Data Center, Security, and Microsoft.

PCM is a multi-vendor provider of technology solutions, including hardware, software and services. The company generated net sales of $2.2 billion in the twelve months ended September 30, 2017, according to a statement released by PCM.
