Ticketing and event experience software company Patron Technology has acquired Greencopper, a provider of mobile and web technologies for live events. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Greencopper is based in Montreal with a local presence in France, the United States, Denmark and the Netherlands and provides digital solutions for more than 300 events in over 25 countries annually, says the company.
