Palo Alto Networks has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Tel Aviv, Israel-based cyber security company Talon. The Talon team will join Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SASE team post-acquisition, with both the founders continuing to lead their respective units. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Talon, co-founded by Ofer Ben-Noon and Ohad Bobrov, offers a hardened enterprise browser and secure third-party access to business applications and systems. The acquisition aims to address the growing security risks associated with unmanaged devices in the enterprise space, says Palo Alto Networks.
