Outbrain, a content discovery platform on the Web, is acquiring Scribit. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Scribit (formerly Vertical Acuity), is a content curation platform that allows brands to curate long form content from leading publications on their site.
This is the second acquisition for Outbrain, following its purchase of Surphace from AOL in February of 2011.
