Oracle Reportedly Messed Up Oregon’s $40M Healthcare Exchange

cover_oregonOregon gave Oracle $40 million to build its own online healthcare exchange; but the result has been “a disaster of missed deadlines, a nonworking website and a state forced to process thousands of insurance applications on paper.”

According to a report by Steve Henn of NPR, the site does not work, and does not look like it will be running anytime soon.
