oDesk has received $15 million in Series D funding. Certain investment strategies managed by T. Rowe Price Associates, led the round, with participation from Benchmark Capital, Globespan Capital Partners and Sigma Partners.
The former CFO of Expedia and Chegg, Gregory Stanger, has also joined oDesk as chief financial officer. Mr. Stanger has also served on the board of directors at Expedia, Netflix, Drugstore.com and Kayak.com, and acted as a venture partner at Technology Crossover Ventures.
