Oculus Launches New Headset Prototype: Crescent Bay

Virtual reality headset-maker Oculus, now owned by Facebook, unveiled a consumer version of the company’s virtual headset device, called Crescent Bay at its annual developer conference on Saturday. Crescent Bay is the latest prototype headset on the path to the consumer version of the Rift, says Oculus. The headset features new display technology, 360° head tracking, expanded positional tracking volume, improved weight and ergonomics, and integrated audio.
