Nimble Storage Reveals IPO Pricing

nimble_storageNimble Storage announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8 million shares of its common stock at $21.00 per share, for a total take of $168 million. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are acting as lead joint bookrunners for the offering.
