Motorola Solutions Completes Acquisition Of Psion

Motorola Solutions has closed the $200 million cash acquisition of ruggedized mobile computing company Psion. The deal was announced in June this year.

As a result of the completion of the transaction, an application is being submitted to the London Stock Exchange to delist Psion common stock. Motorola Solutions expects the transaction to be accretive to earnings per share in 2014.
