Motorola Mobility Acquires NY-Based SetJam

Motorola Mobility has acquired SetJam, according to a report by Peter Kafka on All Things D. The size of the deal is not known.

SetJam is headquartered in New York City with development offices in Warsaw, Poland. The company was founded in June 2009, and is in the business of data products for online TV and movie.
