Motivational App Lift Closes Series A Round

Motivational app company Lift has closed a Series A round of funding led by Bijan Sabet at Spark Capital, who will also be joining the board of the startup. Other investors include SV Angel and Adam Ludwin from RRE along with personal achievement expert, Tony Robbins, author of Getting Things Done, David Allen, and Emmy winning director, Greg YaitanesObvious also invested in the round.

Lift also confirmed that earlier during the year the company had extended its seed investment from Obvious to include three angels – Tim Ferriss,  author of 4-Hour Chef/Body/Work-Week, Narendra Rocherolle of Smile/Webshots, and Jeremy LaTrasse of MessageBus.
