Microsoft To Acquire InCycle Business Unit

InRelease

Microsoft has reached an agreement to acquire the InRelease Business Unit from InCycle Software, a provider of application lifecycle management (ALM) services and Release Management solutions on the .NET platform.

InCycle Software, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, will remain a separate entity focused on ALM consulting.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
