Matrixx Software raises $40M

Digital commerce platform company Matrixx Software has raised a $40 million Series C funding round. The investment was led by Sutter Hill Ventures.

Spring Lake Equity Partners and CK Hutchison also participated in the financing, along with existing investors Greylock Partners, Adams Street Partners, Telstra Ventures, and Swisscom Ventures.

Stefan Dyckerhoff, managing director at Sutter Hill, will join the company’s board.
