Cross-media predictive analytics firm MarketShare has raised $38 million. The investment was led by FTV Capital. Existing investor Elevation Partners and other investors also participated in the round.
The financing will be used to enhance the company’s technology platform as well as to accelerate growth, says MarketShare.
Terence Kawaja and Brian Andersen of Luma Partners served as advisors on the transaction.
