Logitech appoints Hanneke Faber as CEO

Logitech has named Hanneke Faber as its new chief executive officer, effective December 1, 2023.

Outgoing interim CEO Guy Gecht will continue in his role until Ms. Faber takes over, Logitech said in a statement. After that, Mr. Grech will return to board responsibilities, including leading the Technology and Innovation committee.

Ms. Faber is currently president, Global Nutrition at Unilever, and a member of the company’s executive team. Prior to this, she was chief e-commerce officer and innovation officer at Ahold Delhaize. Ms. faber previously had a 21-year career with Proctor & Gamble, where she was vice president, global, Pantene, Head and Shoulders, and Herbal Essences for the company.

Ms. Faber is a member of the board of directors and audit committee of Tapestry, the parent company of Coach, Kate Spade New York, and Stuart Weitzman.

Ms. Faber will initially be based in the company’s Swiss headquarters before relocating to Silicon Valley in the following year, says Logitech.
