Boston, Ma.-based Lightmatter has raised a $154 million Series C round. Lightmatter has raised a total of over $270 million to date.
Investors in Ligtmatter’s Series C round include SIP Global, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Viking Global Investors, GV (Google Ventures), and HPE Pathfinder.
Lightmatter is working on a photonic computing platform purpose-built for AI; using light to connect computer chips.
