lenovo_ideacentre_horizonLenovo’s IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC, winner of more than 14 awards at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show, is now available for the mass market.

The Horizon Windows 8 Table PC  doubles up as a 27-inch desktop, and includes Intel Core i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and Dolby Home Theatre v4 audio.  It also includes a built-in battery and WiFi. The Horizon Table PC comes with a set of on-the-glass accessories including an e-dice and four joysticks and strikers.

Horizon comes with a supersized touch screen and dynamic graphics, and comes preloaded with games from Bluestacks and offers a library of Lenovo games such as Air Hockey. The Table PC is also preloaded with Stagelight, a digital music creation software.

The Horizon Table PC uses the Lenovo Eye Distancing System to alert users and adjust the screen’s brightness when users get too close to the screen. Users can rotate the screen 180 degrees to show others forward-facing content by pressing a button. You can find additional details and a list of tech specs here.

The Horizon will hit retail shelves in late June says the company, starting from $1,699 upwards.
