Legend3D Closes $8M Preferred Stock Offering

California-based Legend3D, a 3D visual effects and conversion company, has closed on an $8 million Series B preferred stock offering, says Brian Robertson, CEO of Legend3D.

The funding was led by current investors Monaco-based Augustus Ventures and Northwater Capital Management of Toronto through its Intellectual Property Fund.
