KPMG, Dell Boomi team up

KPMG and Dell Boomi have inked a formalized alliance. Under the terms of the collaboration, the companies have developed the KPMG Cloud integration framework (CIF) based on the Dell Boomi platform.

The platform allows developers to build, deploy and manage from a central location. Additional features include a pre-built library of reusable assets, including integration use cases, data mapping, connection points, business rules and error handling.

“While most companies are on a cloud transformation journey, they find that their current architectures cannot keep up with demand for speed, quality and high data volume,” said Jerry Iacouzzi, U.S. leader for KPMG’s Digital Enablement Network, in a statement.

KPMG says it can help companies effectively execute a hybrid infrastructure roadmap using Dell Boomi; a comprehensive suite of low-code, enterprise-grade tools for developing and running core integrations, as well as APIs, master data management, EDI networks and workflow.

Boomi’s integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) is an enterprise-grade, unified, low code solution. “For businesses striving to drive digital transformation, a company’s legacy integration footprint can add complexity and risk to a cloud migration,” says David Tavolaro, vice president of global business development, Boomi. “The collaborative approach to modernizing application and data integration our alliance offers supports new data sources, while offering flexibility to quickly meet customer expectations and address virtually any integration scenario.”
