IQVIA and Salesforce have announced an expanded global strategic partnership to accelerate the development of Salesforce’s Life Sciences Cloud. The platform aims to provide a single, end-to-end engagement solution for the global life sciences industry.
The partnership will combine innovations from IQVIA’s Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) platform, launched in 2017, with Salesforce’s Life Sciences Cloud. The platform will also integrate Salesforce’s CRM software with IQVIA’s data, domain expertise, and advanced analytics.
As part of the expanded partnership, IQVIA will license the OCE CRM related software to Salesforce, and the companies will collaborate to accelerate the development of Life Sciences Cloud for customer engagement, with an expected availability in 2025.
IQVIA and Salesforce will jointly market the new offering and bring together talent, technology, and expertise.
