Intuit has entered into an agreement to acquire Origami Logic, makers of a data integration, ingestion, and analytics platform, based in Silicon Valley.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
