IBM is buying Green Hat, a company that offers software quality and testing solutions, for an undisclosed sum. Green Hat will become part of IBM’s Rational Software business upon the closing of the acquisition.
The Green Hat software testing solutions will also be offered through IBM Global Business Services’ Application Management Services (AMS).
