IBM Services signs $260 million IT services agreement with Bank of the Philippine Islands

IBM and the Bank of the Philippine Islands, a universal bank headquartered in Manila, has signed a $260 million, multi-year services agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, IBM will provide IT infrastructure services, as well as digital development capabilities to the bank, the company said in a statement.

BPI is the third-largest bank in the Philippines in terms of assets, with more than nine million customers, says IBM.
