John Hinshaw, EVP of Technology & Operations at HP, is joining DocuSign’s board of directors as an independent director. Mr. Hinshaw brings more than 20 years of business and technology leadership to DocuSign’s Board, including roles at HP, Boeing, Verizon and Accenture.
