Holland 1916 Forms Three Subsidiaries

Holland 1916 has formed three new operating companies.

Effective May 1, 2012, Holland 1916, the parent company, will be divided into:

  • Holland Nameplate (a manufacturer of nameplates and durable RFID products)
  • Holland Interface Solutions (a manufacturer of membrane switchestouchscreens, elastomeric switches, labels, overlays and castings) and
  • Holland Integrated Metal Solutions Inc. (a manufacturer of operator cabs, consoles, enclosures, panels, metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assemblies).
