Hewlett Packard Enterprise to supply infrastructure for Canada’s 5G Open RAN network

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is set to provide infrastructure for Telus in the construction of Canada’s inaugural 5G open radio access network (Open RAN), covering 3,000 sites.

The collaboration will be leveraging HPE’s ProLiant DL110 Gen11 servers.

The project is expected to play a pivotal role in transforming data communication, enabling real-time Internet of Things (IoT) applications, and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into various sectors.
