Global technology company HCLTech has announced the extension of its strategic partnership with SAP.
In this enhanced partnership, HCLTech not only becomes a customer but also a global strategic service partner for SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite (SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite). This suite provides an integrated, user-friendly platform for employee engagement, with an emphasis on experiences rather than transactions, say the companies.
HCLTech plans to deploy SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite with an aim to uplift the experience of its over 225,000 global workforce. Further, HCLTech will also leverage SAP’s Workzone and Qualtrics solutions to enhance its employee experience even more.
Acting as a comprehensive SAP partner, HCLTech will aid global enterprises in leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite, along with an array of cloud offerings under its CloudSMART banner.
