Happy Returns raises $8M

Happy Returns, a technology, logistics and service provider for online retailers, has raised $8 million of funding. The Series B funding round was led by USVP with participation from existing investors Upfront Ventures and Brian Spaly.

USVP general partner Rick Lewis will join the company’s board.
