Google to acquire Velostrata

Google has entered into an agreement to acquire Israel-based enterprise cloud migration technology company Velostrata. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.

The Velostrata team is expected to join Google in their Tel Aviv office.
