Google Launches Prepaid Google Wallet Cards

Google_Wallet_debit_card

Google has launched Google Wallet cards, prepaid debit cards funded by the balance on a person’s Wallet account.

The Google Wallet Card is accepted at MasterCard locations, though it can not be used outside the US right now. Users can choose either credit or debit at checkout, and use the Google Wallet PIN for transactions. Users can also withdraw cash from ATMs, get cash back with purchases, or get cash over the counter at a bank.

If you’re in the US, you need to verified your identity, and request a Google Wallet Card from the Google Wallet Android app or from wallet.google.com/cardRequest.

The Google Wallet card has no fees to order and activate, and no annual or monthly fees as well.
