Google Buys Storage Service Company BufferBox

Google has acquired Canada-based startup BufferBox for an undisclosed amount.

Bufferbox team: We have been able to achieve more than we could have ever imagined since we started working on our idea a couple years ago, and the team couldn’t be more excited about the future.

BufferBox lets users ship their parcels to its network of self-serve pick-up stations, and provides temporary storage, actual physical storage, for users. The company has been rolling out a network of pick-up stations across the Greater Toronto Area.
