Goldman Sachs Invests $40M In SugarCRM

CRM company SugarCRM has completed a $40 million equity investment by Goldman Sachs. The company says it will use the investment to further expand its global reach.  Antoine Munfa, a vice president at Goldman Sachs, is joining the SugerCRM board. Piper Jaffray served as SugarCRM’s financial advisor during the funding transaction.
