The acquisition enables GlobalLogic to better serve clients in major growth markets including social media, mobile commerce, IPTV, medical devices, and tablet computing. GlobalLogic is backed by Goldman Sachs, NEA, Sequoia Capital, WestBridge Capital, and Draper Atlantic/New Atlantic Ventures.
