General Dynamics Mission Systems, a business unit of General Dynamics, has been awarded a contract from the National Security Agency (NSA) to design, develop, test and deliver a 400 Gbps encryption solution compliant with the Ethernet Data Encryption Cryptographic Interoperability Specification (EDE-CIS).
The solution includes the ACLANE E-Series Adaptable Security Platform (ASP) and the ES400 Cryptographic Module, General Dynamics said in a statement.
