Gainsight, a customer service solutions company that provides SaaS solutions and predictive analytics, has closed a $25 million Series C funding round. The investment is a co-investment led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners. Bessemer’s Byron Deeter is joining Gainsight’s board, and Lightspeed’s Nakul Mandan is signing up as board observer.
