SES, a company specializing in the development of Li-Metal batteries, has announced the appointment of former Intel chief executive Brian Krzanich to its board of directors as an independent director.
Mr. Krzanich began his career at Intel as an engineer and eventually became CEO in 2013. In 2018, he joined CDK as CEO.
The SES board currently includes Dr. Jiong Ma, former partner at Braemar Energy Ventures; Eric Luo, former CEO of GCL System Integration and Shunfeng; Michael Noonen, CEO of Swave Photonics; Prof. Jang Wook Choi of Seoul National University; and Anirvan Coomer, managing director at GM Ventures.
