Forbes Media has signed a technology agreement with ALM, a provider of news and information for the legal and real estate industries, licensing its Falcon software.

Forbes will also host ALM’s flagship web site , and provide ongoing consulting and custom software development services.

Mike Perlis (President and CEO, Forbes Media): Over the last three years, Forbes has evolved as both a publisher of content and as developer of new technology. Our contributor platform on Forbes.com allows us to efficiently create and publish high quality content at scale.

Falcon is Forbes’ proprietary software, and the company says is one of the key drivers for Forbes.com’s contributor platform.
