Everspin Technologies has closed a Series B financing, raising $15 million. Investors in the round included New Venture Partners, Sigma Partners, Lux Capital, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and Epic Ventures.
The funding comes in the heels of the company shipping more than ten million cumulative MRAM products, says Everspin.
Everspin Technologies is the developer and manufacturer of magnetic RAM (MRAM), offering stand-alone and embedded Toggle and Spin-Torque MRAM products.
