Open source, on-premise cloud computing platform Eucalyptus Systems has completed a $30 million Series C round of funding led by Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). Existing investors including Benchmark Capital, BV Capital, and New Enterprise Associates (NEA) also joined the round. Eucalyptus has raised a total of $55.5 million in capital.
With this round, Steve Harrick, general partner at IVP, joins the Eucalyptus board.
