Teradyne has announced the election of Ernest Maddock to its board of directors. Mr. Maddock was also appointed to the board’s Audit Committee.
Mr. Maddock was most recently CFO at Micron Technology from 2015 to 2018. Prior to Micron, Mr. Maddock was the CFO at Riverbed Technologies.
Mr. Maddock earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
