ECS wins $138M UPS AGT contract

ECS has been awarded a $138 million recompete contract spanning seven years from the United States Postal Service (USPS). The contract is in support of the USPS Addressing and Geospatial Technologies (AGT) Professional Support Services program.

The AGT program utilizes mapping technology to facilitate visualization, analytics, and other essential services across the USPS network. Through this contract, ECS will be offering enterprise application and IT support for various segments of the program including application development, geospatial analytics, database management, help desk, and project management office.

ECS says it has plans to introduce advanced AI tools to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness as well, as USPS propels towards incorporating barcode automation for all U.S. mail.
