Dr. Peter Henry joins Analog Devices board

Analog Devices has appointed Dr. Peter Henry as an independent director to its board of directors and as a member of the Audit Committee.

Dr. Henry currently holds positions at the Hoover Institution and the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University. He is also the Dean Emeritus of New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

In addition to his new role at ADI, Dr. Henry serves on the Boards of Citigroup and Nike, and chairs the Board of the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Dr. Henry’s previous roles include serving as the William R. Berkley Professor of Economics at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and as the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of International Economics at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Henry’s educational background includes degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The Analog Devices board has 13 members with the addition of Dr. Henry.
