Dow, 1QBit ink multi-year agreement to build quantum applications

The Dow Chemical Company and 1QBit have inked a multi-year collaboration to develop quantum computing tools for the chemicals and materials science technology spaces. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Dow and 1QBit will work on a range of quantum computing applications relevant to the chemical sector, and have achieved ‘proof of concept’ for the application of quantum computing in areas relevant to Dow, according to the companies.
